Thanking You for very thorough information....I heard that one only pays 20-30% Deposit not 00% upfront on Inventory...so if I pay via ESKROW which allows for final payment upon my approval of receipt of goods, will Chinese suppliers be okay with that method of payment?
Also do I pay deposit to Chinese supplier (having viewed samples) BEFORE Creating Product Listing and Shipping Plan on my Amazon Seller account? Much appreciated.
I assumed negotiatons would be done through email or the Alibaba messaging feature, but now that I've started contacting suppliers they are all asking for my Skype and WhatsApp number. Are they wanting to video chat??? 😦 What is this about?
Be careful with communications outside provided channels.
When you conclude on Skype or WhatsApp, ask same or make sane requests on Ali messenger and wait for agreement.

Yes - this is not that uncommon. Manufacturing is quite capital intensive - you've got to manage and time a lot of things right. Manufacturers go bankrupt all the time - not at all uncommon. You need to see your manufacturer as a partner, not someone to bury in a bad deal (which is I think the exact point I made in the video).
Hi, thank you for the video really helpfull. I started to contact with suppliers and their offer's price were very high .Would you recommand on some point of the conversation to tell them my target price that can be low in 40% ? since the prices are really high per peice before the shipping?
You have to define what 'very high' prices are. I recommend my members reach out to 5-20 suppliers and send the exact same email - and then develop your comparison model from that. Then you will know what is low, what is high, and where there is leverage.
