Thank you very much sir, I have one question, In Number 6, already showing Vat on import declaration. what should i do with this amount. It should be reverse as per the reverse charge mechanism. {{{6- Goods imported into the UAE 923366.78 Total value of Import subject to VAT 46168.34 Total VAT This data has been extracted from the import declarations for this tax period, it is the registrant’s responsibility to ensure that the data in this field is accurate and complete. }}}, If i will not make the reverse then sure i have to pay this much amount.. Sir, i don't think so we need to do divide our sales to emirates vise . The Standard rated supply in Ajman,Sharjah,Dubai etc..means where is our fixed establishment Business is located . If a Dubai registred company they need to show all their sales value in Standard rated supplies in dubai

Sir how to treat for: 1-Vat input on Rent for Commercial property for business use.2- Vat input when we will buy fixed asset for businessWe must spread vat input as recoverable over the period of agreement (Rent)/ For asset over the useful life or 1 time we can claim???
