Learn how to 9 Tips - How to improve Google crawler rate | Improve google crawling system and indexing. SEO is a very big, deep sea. To fully understand SEO, we should know some basic SEO terms. Crawling and indexing are two such terms. If you have been in the web world for a while, you’ve at least heard the words: Google Crawling and Indexing. These are the two terms upon which the entire web world depends. Let’s define, understand, and get some in-depth information about crawling and indexing. Crawling: When Google visits your website for tracking purposes. This process is done by Google’s Spider crawler. Indexing: After crawling has been done, the results get put onto Google’s index (i.e. web search). What is Google Crawling? Crawling basically means following a path. In the SEO world, crawling means following your links and “crawling” around your website. When bots come to your website (any page), they follow other linked pages also on your website. This is one reason why we create site maps, as they contain all of the links in our blog and Google’s bots can use them to look deeply into a website. The way we stop crawling certain parts of our site is by using the Robots.txt file. What is Google Indexing? In layman’s terms, indexing is the process of adding webpages into Google search. Depending upon which meta tag you used (index or NO-index), Google will crawl and index your pages. A no-index tag means that that page will not be added into the web search’s index. By default, every WordPress post and page is indexed. A good idea for ranking higher in search engines is to let only vital parts of your blog/website be indexed. Do not index unnecessary archives like tags, categories, and all other useless pages. Factors That Affect Crawling: There are millions of websites on this earth. Is everyone satisfied with the crawling and indexing rate?? No!! Most people are left constantly wondering why their articles aren’t getting indexed. Let’s take a look at some major factors which play some important roles at the backend of crawling and indexing. Since the Google Panda update, domain name importance has risen significantly. Domains that include the main keyword are given importance. Also, the crawling rate is higher for those domains that have a good Page Rank.

How To Manage SEO Backlink Indexing in Google & Bing

07:46
In this video, I will explain my exact SEO indexing management strategy. In regards to SEO, backlinks are crucial to success. Now the problem is that up and coming SEOs are taught how to build backlinks, but they aren’t taught the importance of getting EACH and EVERY one of their backlinks indexed in Google, Bing and Yahoo. If your link isn’t indexed in the search engines, then you aren’t getting any of the benefits from it. The link mine as well be in the dark internet. Google doesn’t know about it and therefore its worthless. Don't fall into that trap! Here is the link to the full article on my blog: http://gregmontoya.net/manage-seo-indexing/ It’s time to get educated and disciplined with a backlink indexing strategy. You need to CLOSELY manage the backlinks you are trying to index. Follow these steps that are explained in the video: 1. Make a list of all the URLS you need to get indexed 2. Make a spreadsheet with columns for Google and Bing. - Download my spreadsheet for Free at - http://gregmontoya.net/spreadsheets 3. Manually check in Google/Bing each URL. - Delete URLs from spreadsheet that are indexed. Good Job. - Keep URLs on spreadsheet until they are indexed. - check once a week. 4. Submit non-indexed URLS to Backlinks Indexer. - http://backlinksindexer.com/ 5. Manually submit new blog posts from your site to: - Google Search Console - Bing Webmaster Tools What Is A Backlink? The importance of backlinks is mentioned many times in SEO. Any external link that points to a website is called a backlink. An external link is a link coming from another website, not your own. These links act like a popularity vote, which help rank a website in search engine results. On the other hand, links that point to a web page within the same domain is called an internal link. Internal links can also help in SEO. If you are new to links, there's a quick tutorial here (now that's an internal link). Backlinks can come in the form of text within a paragraph like if somebody mentions you in a blog post or text on a sidebar such as in blogrolls. It can also be embedded in images. When a photo from another website is used, it is common courtesy to link back to the owner's page. Quality content and good photos can help you get backlinks without any effort - as other people will voluntarily post your noteworthy content to their websites. There are also ways to put up link to your site out there. Here are some ways to get more backlinks: Blog Commenting - Commenting on other blogs is a way to interact with people in the blogosphere. By leaving a small link to your blog, you will also create backlinks. Forum posting - Take part in forums or discussion boards to attract readers with similar interests. Activate the user signature option to automatically leave a backlink at the end of each post. Article marketing - Submit articles with links embedded to different article directories regularly. Using article submission tools can help speed up the task. Link exchanges - Exchanging links is a common practice among bloggers. This is encouraged as long as the website you're linking with serves similar content, or else the backlink will be irrelevant. Website banners - By offering banner images to your website, readers and other bloggers can easily link to your page by grabbing the flag code. Banner exchanges are also entertained in the same way as link exchanges. Guest Blogging - Writing articles for other blogs is also helpful in creating backlinks, especially if you are writing for a more influential blog. This also helps your blog become more popular, and receive more traffic. In SEO, we want to place on the first page, if not on top of the search results. We may never know how search engines work, but we are aware that the number of backlinks is essential for search engines to measure the authority of a website. ======================================= Wanna take all my SEO spreadsheets and increase your efficiency dealing with SEO tasks? What is Dark Web Explained

04:05
What is Dark Web Explained.Dark Web - This word will be familiar to people who are extremely active on the Internet. Dark Web Some of them may have been heard recently. If we list the sites that not Dark Web we visit frequently, you will be bound to one side. Finger, Facebook, Twitter, Flipkart, Wikipedia. These are the types of things that are normally searched. This type of Internet is called Surface web. This means that any type of barrier is the type of fall in the search box once you search for it. There are some more sites. You can not find them in the Normal Brothers. The reason is that the algorithms used by search engines like Google, crawling and indexing techniques are not valid for these sites. These are called Dark Web or Deep Web. These sites can only be accessed by special brands such as Tor. Tor software was designed by the American Navy's Research Division in the mid-90s. The US spy secrets began to use this software to hide from the eyes of others on the Internet. The coding was released in 2004. The Nonprofit Company, then known as The Tor Project, Inc., landed in an attempt to create a network with this software. It has success. Looking for an information that you normally would like to call, the Direct Two way traffic. Let's assume your computer is A. The information you are looking for is registered as a recipient in server B. Then the server will send the data to your computer. This is entirely a direct exchange between A and B. In this manner, information can be easily traced by anyone who has heard the information received from it. But this directive does not exist in the browser like Dar. If you search the same information from your system A, it will go as a way to R, like C, F, J, K, O, and B to the servers. Thus, server B does not record any information about the system that is rigged. The information that we have received from any server is not reported on our system. The hammering claim is a 'virtual tunnel'. This secret is the strength of Dar Brown. Target's principle. Someone can not find it because some people do what they want here. If you do anything illegal, the police will be very difficult to find the identity of the person involved in searching for each server. The reason is that Dar Frauzer can do the same for a four thousand riders. That is why they call the torque onionland. This name is because there are so many layers of security like onions.

Google Data center II Google updates 2019

02:33
Google Data center II Google updates 2019 network topology Details of the Google worldwide private networks are not publicly available but Google publications[13][14] make references to the "Atlas Top 10" report that ranks Google as the third largest ISP behind Level 3.[15] In order to run such a large network, with direct connections to as many ISP as possible at the lowest possible cost, Google has a very open peering policy.[16] From this site we can see that the Google network can be accessed from 67 public exchange points and 69 different locations across the world. As of May 2012 Google had 882 Gbit/s of public connectivity (not counting private peering agreements that Google has with the largest ISPs). This public network is used to distribute content to Google users as well as to crawl the Internet to build its search indexes. The private side of the network is a secret but recent disclosure from Google[17] indicate that they use custom built high-radix switch-routers (with a capacity of 128 × 10 Gigabit Ethernet port) for the wide area network. Running no less than two routers per datacenter (for redundancy) we can conclude that the Google network scales in the terabit per second range (with two fully loaded routers the bi-sectional bandwidth amount to 1,280 Gbit/s). These custom switch-routers are connected to DWDM devices to interconnect data centers and point of presences (PoP) via dark fibre. From a datacenter view, the network starts at the rack level, where 19-inch racks are custom-made and contain 40 to 80 servers (20 to 40 1U servers on either side, while new servers are 2U rackmount systems.[18] Each rack has a switch). Servers are connected via a 1 Gbit/s Ethernet link to the top of rack switch (TOR). TOR switches are then connected to a gigabit cluster switch using multiple gigabit or ten gigabit uplinks.[19] The cluster switches themselves are interconnected and form the datacenter interconnect fabric (most likely using a dragonfly design rather than a classic butterfly or flattened butterfly layout[20]). From an operation standpoint, when a client computer attempts to connect to Google, several DNS servers resolve www.google.com into multiple IP addresses via Round Robin policy. Furthermore, this acts as the first level of load balancing and directs the client to different Google clusters. A Google cluster has thousands of servers and once the client has connected to the server additional load balancing is done to send the queries to the least loaded web server. This makes Google one of the largest and most complex content delivery networks.[21] Google has numerous data centers scattered around the world. At least 12 significant Google data center installations are located in the United States. The largest known centers are located in The Dalles, Oregon; Atlanta, Georgia; Reston, Virginia; Lenoir, North Carolina; and Moncks Corner, South Carolina.[22] In Europe, the largest known centers are in Eemshaven and Groningen in the Netherlands and Mons, Belgium.[22] Google's Oceania Data Center is claimed to be located in Sydney, Australia. [23] Project 02 One of the largest Google data centers is located in the town of The Dalles, Oregon, on the Columbia River, approximately 80 miles (129 km) from Portland. Codenamed "Project 02", the $600 million[24] complex was built in 2006 and is approximately the size of two American football fields, with cooling towers four stories high.[25] The site was chosen to take advantage of inexpensive hydroelectric power, and to tap into the region's large surplus of fiber optic cable, a remnant of the dot-com boom. A blueprint of the site appeared in 2008.[26] Summa papermill In February 2009, Stora Enso announced that they had sold the Summa paper mill in Hamina, Finland to Google for 40 million Euros.[27][28] Google invested 200 million euros on the site to build a data center and announced additional 150 million euro investment in 2012.[29][30] Google chose this location due to the availability and proximity of renewable energy sources.[31] Modular container data centers In 2005,[32] Google was researching a containerized modular data center. Google filed a patent application for this technology in 2003.[33] Software Please watch: "Top 5 power generating station around the world 2018" https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=gIzjtetTb8I --~-- ETHICS OF LIFE Hii guy's I will explain latest news technology Please support my channel and please Visit our channel don't forgot SUBSCRIBE please follows on... A Brilliantly Simple Way to Boost Website Traffic - How to Get International Blog Traffic

03:55
Do you know what the easiest way to get more search traffic is? It's to get international search traffic by translating your content into multiple languages. Subscribe here to learn more of my secret SEO tips: https://www.youtube.com/subscription_center?add_user=neilvkpatel Find me on Facebook: https://www.facebook.com/neilkpatel/ Read more on my blog: https://neilpatel.com/blog/ If you look at my traffic from NeilPatel.com the United States doesn't even make up 50% of my traffic. This is due to the fact that I have expanded my blog into multiple languages. The majority of the world doesn't speak English. Which means people are searching in other languages. The cool part about non-English speaking languages is that they aren't that competitive on Google, yet they make up billions of searches. Search engines like Google are looking for more content to index and rank. So if you translate your content into multiple languages you can quickly grow your search traffic. If you want to automatically translate your content, then you can use WordPress plugins like Transposh. But of course, manual translation is always preferred. Once you translate your content, you want to use hreflang, which is a code that tells search engines and browsers where to direct people based on the language they speak. When translating your site don't worry about duplicate content as search engines won't penalize for this. Don't forget to subscribe and thanks for watching my video "A Brilliantly Simple Way to Boost Website Traffic - How to Get International Blog Traffic".

4 things to automate with Ahrefs: rank tracking, new & lost backlinks, brand mentions

07:49
Marketers are always looking for ways to automate tasks to make their life easier. Discover 4 things that you should automate right now to get the most from Ahrefs! Number 1: Ahrefs Rank Tracker Generally you want to rank for the top-level keywords related to your business: those terms that let people know who you are and what you sell. And since these are general keywords people tend to search for, you need to closely monitor your ranking progress for them. Here is how you can track them in Ahrefs: 1) add your website to the Dashboard (https://ahrefs.com/dashboard/metrics); 2) specify the top keywords you want to monitor with locations where your top audience will be searching from; 3) from Dashboard you can easily change the frequency of your email alerts, access Rank Tracker report to see where you rank for the keywords added or add new ones; you can even track your historical position for each keyword to see how you've ranked for this keyword over time. Your automated Tracked Keywords email report will show you the movement of the keywords you've specified. You'll see both: the keywords that have improved their positions and the keywords that have declined in their ranking, so you can track your top keywords without having to spend much time doing that manually. Number 2: New Keywords Alert The Rank Tracker alert will only track keywords that you specifically add to the tool, but your website is ranking in Google for hundreds or thousands of keywords. In the New Keywords alert (https://ahrefs.com/user/alerts/new-keywords) Ahrefs will show you what those keywords are. We monitor the position of your site across millions of keywords and send you a weekly email alert with all the improvements we've noticed since the previous week. Website owners often focus on the ranking of a few highly competitive keywords that are insanely hard to move. This alert shows you the longer-tail keywords your site ranks for that could bring a lot of new search traffic to your site. One more thing: after you've set up the New Keywords alert for your site, set one up for your competitors, so you know the keywords they are ranking for that you could target, as well. Number 3: New or Lost Backlinks Another thing that is automatically activated after you add your site to Dashboard is the tracking of New/Lost Backlinks for your website (https://ahrefs.com/user/alerts/backlinks). Ahrefs is the best backlink tool in the industry: every 24 hours our robots crawl over 5 billion web pages. We update our backlink index every 15 minutes. This means no other backlink tracking alert will come close to the quality of the data that you will get with Ahrefs. The cool thing is, you can create an alert for your competitors' websites or even specific URLs, as well as your own. Number 4: Monitoring "Web Mentions" Ahrefs "Mentions" alerts (https://ahrefs.com/user/alerts/mentions) are great for tracking who talks about your brand or your niche onine. And, of course, you want to track mentions of your competitors, too. All you need to do is to create an alert, and every time Ahrefs crawlers discover a new page containing the keywords that you are tracking, we'll get you notified about new mentions. With just these 4 alerts you have tons of timely insight to take your marketing to the next level. So make sure you've taken action and configured all 4 types of alerts for your brand! Fix Crawl Error Dont Miss This Video || Google Webmaster Tools Crawl Errors

02:58
Dlink Zone A lot has changed in the 5 years since I first wrote about what changed into Google Webmaster gear, now named Google search Console. Google has unleashed considerably greater information that promises to be extraordinarily beneficial for SEOs. Since we’ve lengthy in view that lost enough key-word records in Google Analytics, we’ve come to depend upon seek Console extra than ever. The “search Analytics” and “hyperlinks on your site” sections are of the top functions that did not exist within the old Webmaster gear. Whilst we might also never be absolutely happy with Google’s tools and can every so often name their bluffs, they do release a few useful records (now and again). To their credit score, Google has developed greater help medical doctors and aid resources to aid search Console customers in finding and solving mistakes. Regardless of the truth that a number of this isn’t as amusing as developing 10x content material or watching which of your keywords have jumped inside the scores, this category of search engine optimization is still extremely vital. Searching at it thru Portent’s epic visualization of the way internet marketing pieces fit collectively, fixing move slowly errors in search Console fits squarely into the "infrastructure" piece: If you could develop correct behavior and practice preventative maintenance, weekly spot assessments on move slowly errors could be flawlessly ok to preserve them below control. But, if you absolutely ignore these (pesky) errors, matters can speedy pass from terrible to worse. Crawl errors format One exchange that has advanced over the previous few years is the layout of the move slowly errors view inside search Console. Search Console is divided into foremost sections: site errors and URL mistakes. Categorizing errors on this manner is pretty helpful due to the fact there’s a distinct distinction among errors at the website level and errors at the web page stage. Web site-level issues may be greater catastrophic, with the capability to harm your site’s common usability. URL mistakes, however, are unique to individual pages, and are therefore less urgent. The quickest way to get entry to move slowly mistakes is from the dashboard. The principle dashboard offers you a short preview of your web site, showing you 3 of the most essential control tools: crawl mistakes, search Analytics, and Sitemaps. 4 WordPress SEO Tips That Could Improve Your Rankings | SEO Agency

01:31
Does your WordPress site have unimpressive rankings, even if everything seems to be okay? Some of your WordPress settings may be preventing you from getting the traffic you should. This article discusses a few WordPress SEO tips that will improve your traffic and visibility. Don’t get caught with your pants down in any one of these six cardinal sins. You’ll see your site improving after some time and continuing to do so if you diligently keep at it. 1. Use your keywords It is important to have your target keywords within your page name. This is not mandatory, but it earns you a few extra points with search engines. Therefore, pay attention to the URL names that you give your posts. If you’re writing about brown shoes, for instance, a name like www.yourcompany.com/posts/why-brown-shoes-rock will be more effective than www.yourcompany.com/posts/?59422485220. You can change these settings in WordPress by going to your Permalinks section. If your site is still relatively new, e.g. you haven’t launched it, you can change the default settings so that numbers don’t show up in your URLs. Talk to your developer for existing sites. 2. WordPress SEO plugins are mandatory There’s a host of WordPress SEO plugins out there, from WordPress SEO by Yoast and All in One SEO Pack, which are the most popular, to less popular ones like Inbound Writer and Scribe. The first two on the list are all-inclusive, which means you can take care of most of your on-page SEO using just a single tool. Other SEO plugins only account for one or two different actions and so you may need several to complete your optimization. For instance, using WordPress SEO, you can specify your focus keywords (the keywords you want your articles to rank for). This plugin will then analyze your content to see whether you have correctly optimized your content, including giving you a percentage score and analysis report. You can use this information to resolve different areas and improve your SEO. Such tools can be significantly helpful, especially if you’re new to search engine optimization. 3. Install your XML Sitemap Think of the XML sitemap as the table of contents at the beginning of a book; it offers a breakdown of pages within your site and tells Google and other search engines the frequency with which content changes in the site. Without an XML sitemap, Google may not crawl some of your pages and those pages won’t be indexed, costing you some traffic. For instance, if you have standalone pages, i.e. pages which are not linked to from any other pages in the site, they will probably be missed. When creating your sitemap, you should include all pages in the site that you want to be indexed and include information about how often Google should re-index those pages. Static pages, which aren’t going to change very often, can be re-indexed every month or two, but dynamic pages must be set to re-index more often. XML is a markup language just like HTML. You can use plugins that can help you to generate XML sitemaps or use WordPress SEO plugins which include this capability. If you have a lot of video content in the site, you should also construct a video sitemap. 4. Use internal links Optimizing your on-page elements only makes up a portion of international SEO practice. It is important to work to get both external and internal links to the content. External links should be earned from high-authority domains within your niche and must not be bought or exchanged in order to be effective. These make a huge contribution to ranking factors. Internal links also serve an important role and should not be ignored. It is good to share links to old and relevant content from older posts in your site in order to increase the likelihood of your visitors staying on your site and consuming more of your content. You can find related content pieces by performing a simple Google search as follows: Subject/keyword site: www.yourcompany.com *************************************** For Business Enquiries: https://goo.gl/jKM7cC Get a Quote: https://goo.gl/f8Rqw8 ***************************************

digital marketing 101, digital marketing overview, basics, and best practices. Digital marketing is an umbrella term for all of your online marketing efforts. Businesses leverage digital channels such as Google search, social media, email, and their websites to connect with their current and prospective customers. Digital marketing is an umbrella term for all of your online marketing efforts. Businesses leverage digital channels such as Google search, social media, email, and their websites to connect with their current and prospective customers. The reality is, people spend twice as much time online as they used to 12 years ago. And while we say it a lot, the way people shop and buy really has changed, meaning offline marketing isn’t as effective as it used to be. Marketing has always been about connecting with your audience in the right place and at the right time. Today, that means that you need to meet them where they are already spending time: on the internet. Enter digital marketing -- in other words, any form of marketing that exists online. Click here to download our free guide to digital marketing fundamentals. At HubSpot, we talk a lot about inbound marketing as a really effective way to attract, convert, close, and delight customers online. But we still get a lot of questions from people all around the world about digital marketing. Whilst a seasoned inbound marketer might say inbound marketing and digital marketing are virtually the same thing, there are some minor differences. And after having conversations with marketers and business owners in the U.S., U.K., Asia, Australia, and New Zealand, I’ve learned a lot about how those small differences are being observed across the world. So What Exactly is Digital Marketing? From your website itself to your online branding assets -- digital advertising, email marketing, online brochures, and beyond -- there’s a huge spectrum of tactics and assets that fall under the umbrella of digital marketing. And the best digital marketers have a clear picture of how each asset or tactic supports their overarching goals. Here’s a quick rundown of some of the most common assets and tactics: Assets website Blog posts Ebooks and whitepapers Infographics Interactive tools Social media channels (Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, Instagram, etc.) Earned online coverage (PR, social media, and reviews) Online brochures and lookbooks Branding assets (logos, fonts, etc.) Tactics Search Engine Optimization (SEO) The process of optimizing your website to ‘rank’ higher in search engine results pages, therefore increasing the amount of organic (or free) traffic that your website receives. Content Marketing The creation and promotion of content assets for the purpose of generating brand awareness, traffic growth, lead generation, or customers. Inbound Marketing Inbound marketing refers to the ‘full-funnel’ approach to attracting, converting, closing, and delighting customers using online content. Social Media Marketing The practice of promoting your brand and your content on social media channels to increase brand awareness, drive traffic, and generate leads for your business. Pay-Per-Click (PPC) A method of driving traffic to your website by paying a publisher every time your ad is clicked. One of the most common types of PPC is Google AdWords. Affiliate Marketing A type of performance-based advertising where you receive commission for promoting someone else’s products or services on your website. Native Advertising Native advertising refers to advertisements that are primarily content-led and featured on a platform alongside other, non-paid content. BuzzFeed sponsored posts are a good example, but many people also consider social media advertising to be ‘native’ -- for example, Facebook advertising and Instagram advertising. Marketing Automation Marketing automation refers to the software that exists with the goal of automating marketing actions. Many marketing departments have to automate repetitive tasks such as emails, social media, and other website actions. Email Marketing Companies use email marketing as a way of communicating with their audiences. Email is often used to promote content, discounts and events, as well as to direct people towards the business’ website. Online PR Online PR is the practice of securing earned online coverage with digital publications, blogs, and other content-based websites. It’s much like traditional PR, but in the online space.

Data firm leaks 48 million user profiles it scraped from Facebook, LinkedIn, others

A little-known data firm was able to build 48 million personal profiles, combining data from sites and social networks like Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, and Zillow, among others -- without the users' knowledge or consent. Localblox, a Bellevue, Wash.-based firm, says it "automatically crawls, discovers, extracts, indexes, maps and augments data in a variety of formats from the web and from exchange networks." Since its founding in 2010, the company has focused its collection on publicly accessible data sources, like social networks Facebook, Twitter, and LinkedIn, and real estate site Zillow to name a few, to produce profiles. But earlier this year, the company left a massive store of profile data on a public but unlisted Amazon S3 storage bucket without a password, allowing anyone to download its contents. The bucket, labeled "lbdumps," contained a file that unpacked to a single file over 1.2 terabytes in size. The file listed 48 million individual records, scraped from public profiles, consolidated, then stitched together. The data was subsequently found by Chris Vickery, director of cyber risk research at security firm UpGuard. Vickery, a well-known ethical data breach hunter, disclosed the leak to Localblox's chief technology officer Ashfaq Rahman in late February. The bucket was secured hours later. The discovery is the latest twist among recent scandals involving tech companies and their data collection practices.Just last month, Facebook was embroiled in a privacy row after London-based data firm Cambridge Analytica obtained data on as many as 87 million users, according to a "conservative estimate" by the social networking giant, from an academic app that collected data on its users and their friends. The data was used to build profiles on millions of Americans to predict how people will vote at the ballot box, including the 2016 presidential election. The controversy sparked uproar, triggered congressional and parliamentary inquiries and investigations across the world, and forced Facebook to introduce stronger privacy practices. But the data collection by Localblox can be just as invasive, and can include highly sensitive and personally identifiable information on a person -- without a person's consent.Vickery showed ZDNet the data first-hand in New York last week. The data was found in a human-readable, newline-delimited JSON file. The data collected includes names and physical addresses, and employment information and job histories data, and more, scraped from Facebook, LinkedIn, and Twitter profiles.UpGuard's own report, published Wednesday, contained search queries that Localblox would use to cycle through email addresses that it had collected through Facebook's search engine to retrieve users' photos, current job title and employer information, and additional family information.Facebook locked down its search feature earlier this month after scammers were running automated searches to harvest people's data. It's also believed that the com

How To Make Really Good MOney With Mobile Traffic Opportunity

17:19
http://www.enrollmarketing.com/social-selling-made-simple/ How To Make Really Good MOney With Mobile Traffic Opportunity reaching of all mobile traffic methods is text messaging. Almost everyone with a cell phone has the capability to receive text messages built into their phone. That's over 4.6 billion people! In addition to SMS traffic is mobile web traffic. Traffic sources on mobile web include websites, the pay-per-click (PPC) advertisements shown on these mobile websites, and smart phone applications. Here is a more detailed list of some potential sources: SMS Queries: Price and coupon query advertisers such as Text-Savings provide a portal to mobile traffic by allowing companies to advertise their product and service deals through their networks. When the consumer sends a query to Text-Savings' short-code number, they will receive free, targeted information right on their phones. The conversion for this type of traffic will be major compared to other forms of traffic. SMS Opt-In Lists: Another method of exploiting text messaging (SMS) for mobile marketing is building an opt-in list. When you have people interested in staying up-to-date with your company, start collecting their phone numbers! A large number of customers will be happy to give their phone number out if coupon incentives are offered periodically. Also, you will be able to send out offers as well as company news to clients who want your products. Having an opt-in list of phone numbers will guarantee you more visibility than email, since the phone will alert the user as soon as the text message is received. You can go about building an SMS opt-in list by having users send a text message to your short-code number or by collecting them the old-fashioned way; through online applications/submissions. iPhone Applications: All of the free iPhone apps out there have got to make money somehow. Giving away free iPhone applications is a viable method of getting mobile traffic. If your application is fun or useful, the user will keep coming back to it. An example of monetizing this traffic is visible in the bar code scanners by ShopSavvy or Redlaser. When users scan a DSLR camera at Best Buy, the app automatically searches online for the best deal on that particular item. If the user decides to buy that camera online versus at Best Buy, ShopSavvy (the affiliate) will receive a commission. Mobile Websites: The community of mobile web users is growing, and there are ways to reach them by offering a mobile website. Assuming that you already have a presence on the mobile web, the next step is pushing traffic to your site. The mobile web in general is very similar to the traditional web, and you will have to use search engine optimization just as on the regular web to get your website indexed. This includes creating a site map that search engines can crawl, having good quality and keyword rich content, and placing backlinks in mobile directories. Pay-Per-Click: Finally, a traffic source that many advertisers can easily incorporate into their marketing efforts is mobile pay-per-click. The leaders in this segment are AdMob and Google Mobile Ads. For a publisher, getting started with PPC is as easy as registering for the service and adding some code to your site. After this, anytime someone is interested in an advertisement that appears at the top or bottom of the screen, their click-through will bring you cash each time. For an advertiser, these services will let you promote your product or mobile site over the vast network of other mobile websites. https://youtu.be/wUtEr44IlgY
