Cunk - Brooker's WW S3E2 5 Feb 2015 - Footprints BUT haven't the Security Services known the names 'n' addresses of ALL the MUSLIM terrorists BEFORE ALL the ISLAMIC terror events!!! - Just Sayin' - DæmOnlinks Interception of communications takes two forms: the collection and monitoring of communications data (e.g. records of who contacted whom, when, from where and for how long) and interception of the content of the communications themselves. Interception was not put on a statutory footing until the Interception of Communications Act 1985. Rapid changes in telecommunications prompted a Government consultation in 1999, which resulted in the passage of the present law, the Regulation of Investigatory Powers Act 2000 (RIPA). Under RIPA, authorisations for the acquisition and disclosure of communications data are issued by “designated persons” within the organisation seeking the data. In order to gain access to the actual content of a communication (for example the text of an email message or a telephone conversation) then a warrant issued by the Secretary of State is generally required. Under a 2006 EC Directive incorporated into UK law since 2009, communications service providers (telephone companies and internet service providers) were required to retain communications data for a year. In April 2014, the European Court of Justice declared the 2006 Directive invalid. In response to the resulting uncertainty, the Government introduced the Data Retention and Investigatory Powers Act 2014 (DRIP), a fast-tracked piece of legislation passed with cross-party agreement by both Houses in July 2014. A draft Communications Data Bill was announced in the Queen’s Speech in 2012 and published on 14 June 2012. The Bill was subject to pre-legislative scrutiny and some aspects of the Government’s proposals were criticised. Frequently referred to by critics as a “snooper’s charter”, it was opposed by the Liberal Democrats and not taken forward in the 2012-13 session. The draft Bill would have extended powers to cover messages sent on social media, webmail, voice calls over the internet and gaming in addition to emails and phone calls. This Note looks at past and present law, the role of the Interception of Communications Commissioner in overseeing the present regime and recent developments in this area. http://www.parliament.uk/briefing-papers/sn06332.pdf And whist we're on the subject of the abject failure of a very expensive, arrogant, conceited Security Service Box 500 & GCHQ How many years have you broken the law spying on the wrong people!! Prism is a mass surveillance system launched in 2007 by the US National Security Agency (NSA). It allows the organisation to "receive" data held by a range of US internet firms, and was designed to overcome earlier "constraints" in counterterrorism data collection, according to a leaked presentation dated April 2013. That data apparently includes emails, video clips, photos, voice and video calls, social networking details, and logins. Companies and internet services it mines include Microsoft, Skype, Google, YouTube, Yahoo, and Facebook, the leaked information suggests. Upstream is the "collection of communications on fibre cables and infrastructure as data flows past", according to an NSA document. The implication is that the agency is able to obtain and study communications without having to request the information from internet companies, using its Prism programme. - DæmOnlinks Source: http://www.bbc.co.uk/news/uk-31164451

Data sharing tool of the Czech Geoportal

10:15
Data Regulation (COMMISSION REGULATION (EU) No 268/2010 of 29 March 2010 implementing Directive 2007/2/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council as regards the access to spatial data sets and services of the Member States by Community institutions and bodies under harmonised conditions) entered into force two years ago, one of the deadlines for harmonisation has already passed in October 2011. Most of the Czech stakeholders had not known about the Regulation before the information campaign was held at all regional authorities in autumn 2010. Despite the fact that the central bodies were informed about the Regulation much earlier than the regional and local authorities, their role still remains unclear to many of them As in other European countries, a working group for data sharing and licensing of voluntary experts from central bodies, local and regional authorities and representatives from private companies has started to meet. But it was quite late - in June 2010. This group is supposed to analyse the situation of today's licence policy in the Czech Republic and to find out whether a framework agreement based on a model of INSPIRE licence between the Czech data providers and European bodies and institutions would be also acceptable on the national level. In addition it is also supposed to find out under which conditions access to data is provided in emergency cases. Desired stage within the Czech Republic is to have as many data providers as possible covered by a framework agreement in relation to EU as a first step and then, as the second step, to use this approach for data sharing among the public authorities within the country in order to set a transparent licence policy. However setting such a stage is a long on-going process because creation of a common licence policy is something quite new. Data providers are used to relying on their licence contracts as many of them do not even consider 24/7 emergency access to data. That is why CENIA, Czech Environmental Information Agency, a creator of the National Geoportal, started to develop a tool that would facilitate the data sharing process. The data sharing tool is integrated within the e-shop module. Authorized users have granted access to data sets they are entitled to use. EU bodies are among them. Data providers prepare their data sets as "products" that are published in the e-shop. These products can be accompanied by as many licence contracts as the data provider requires, the same applies to the scale of the licensing fees. Both hard copy contracts and click licences are considered. Moreover by giving access rights to a user or a user group from the user registry data can be shared directly. Selected user then accesses the "privileged" data in their user profile after they log-in to the Geoportal. This tool should solve two major problems -- data sharing between the Czech data providers and EU bodies, emergency access and could also start a fluent data sharing process among the Czech public authorities. The development is supposed to be finished in mid 2012, a prototype of the tool should form a part of the Geoportal in July 2012. Even if it might look simple and the entire tool is not anything complicated, it took about six months of an intensive work. As many as possible misuses of the privileged data access were considered as well as the user experience for both sides -- the data providers and data users. by L. Jirásková, J. Hradec, J. Faugnerová
Failed Banking & Regulation (version 1.667)

06:18
This is the kind of banking you get with a horrible oversight of the Federal Reserve Bank and Michigan's OFIS (under the Attorney General). TO: Office of Financial & Insurance Services (OFIS) (Ref: complaint #87223-001) Federal Reserve Bank of Cleveland Subject: Xxxx Xxxxx Bank (XXX) - Construction Loan #0401912902 To whom it may concern: In light of over a year and a half of insistence by Mr. Kevin Kxxxx, Ms. Michelle VxxXxxxx, and Mr. Eric Hxxxxxxxxxx that it is acceptable Xxxx Xxxxx Bank practice to: -Promise the builder (will be) personally interviewed and his work inspected to ascertain his experience and to reinforce Xxxx Xxxxx's way of doing business and ensure the GC is licensed and bonded(XXX pamphlet 65-2943, 5/03), but give over $150,000 to one who was neither. -Require a properly completed, executed sworn statement must accompany each request for payment, based on percentage of completion as determined by an independent inspector chosen by Xxxx Xxxxx but then distribute nearly 60% of a loan via unapproved sworn statements, in contradiction to the appraised completion of 38%. -Justify unsigned and unapproved sworn statements submitted on 11 April 2006 (billing contractually specified items at 200% and 900%) by presenting unsigned and unapproved settlement statements completed and submitted on 25 April 2006. -Increase my contract value by $2500 with no change order. -Not report, or assist the police or any regulatory agency in the investigation when presented with evidence of fraud committed against the bank itself. Since all efforts to move the project forward have failed, including: -My further good-faith investment over $45,000 to continue the stalled project while the criminal investigation against the builder is resolved. -Analysis and documentation demonstrating where procedures and calculations failed. -Additional appraisals by Xxxx Xxxxx Bank which revealed the fair market value of the project (including the property and improvements) to be $107,000 ($44,000 less than Xxxx Xxxxx Bank paid for the construction itself); arguably proving the fraud committed. In light of nearly $12,000 in legal costs so far, and the Federal Reserve Boards and Michigans Attorney Generals tacit, if not explicit, approval of these practices, it has become necessary to accept the terms of the Deed in Lieu of Foreclosure. As such, I have surrendered the rights to my property ($45,000+; not included in the loan), good-faith improvements ($45,000+; not included in the loan), incurred a $44,000 forgiveness of debt, and am withdrawing my complaint. With all due respect,"

Safer chemicals within REACH

08:04
More information: http://ec.europa.eu./avservices/video/video_prod_en.cfm?type=detail&prodid=665 New EU rules for the chemical industry -- the REACH package -- are set to improve our health and protect the environment. Obliging companies to register and provide information on the chemicals they use should enable public authorities to identify their properties more quickly and accurately. Particularly severe on toxic products, the new rules will encourage the European chemicals industry to develop new substances that are less harmful for people and the environment. As a result, the sector itself should also gain a lead in innovative and sustainable technologies.

First European customers receive their Ford GT supercars

00:39
Jason Watt, a Danish racing driver, is one of the first customers in Europe – and the first in Scandinavia – to receive his Ford GT supercar. He also aims to make it the fastest car allowed to park in a disabled parking space. ___ Ford GT combined fuel efficiency: 14.9 l/100 km Ford GT combined CO2 emissions: 350 g/km The declared Fuel/Energy Consumptions, CO2 emissions and electric range are measured according to the technical requirements and specifications of the European Regulations (EC) 715/2007 and (EC) 692/2008 as last amended. Fuel consumption and CO2 emissions are specified for a vehicle variant and not for a single car. The applied standard test procedure enables comparison between different vehicle types and different manufacturers. In addition to the fuel efficiency of a car, driving behaviour as well as other non-technical factors play a role in determining a car's fuel/energy consumption, CO2 emissions and electric range. CO2 is the main greenhouse gas responsible for global warming. From 1 September 2017, certain new vehicles will be type-approved using the World Harmonised Light Vehicle Test Procedure (WLTP) according (EU) 2017/1151 as last amended, which is a new, more realistic test procedure for measuring fuel consumption and CO2 emissions. From 1 September 2018 the WLTP will fully replace the New European Drive Cycle (NEDC), which is the current test procedure. During NEDC Phase-out, WLTP fuel consumption and CO2 emissions are being correlated back to NEDC. There will be some variance to the previous fuel economy and emissions as some elements of the tests have altered i.e., the same car might have different fuel consumption and CO2 emissions. ___ Follow Ford Europe on social media: ▶ YouTube Sub' 👉 http://ford.to/FordEUsubscribe ▶ Collections 👉 http://ford.to/FordEUcollections ▶ Google+ 👉 http://ford.to/FordEuGooglePlus ▶ Instagram 👉 http://ford.to/FordEUgrams ▶ Twitter 👉 http://ford.to/FordEUtweets

Fly- in Vamdrup, intro af Guimbal Cabri G2

04:15
We have been appointed dealer and authorized service center for top-of-the-art, French Guimbal Cabri G2. - Like little boy scouts, we have been looking forward to the announcement of this news, Torben Biehl Jensen, Maintenance Manager, initiated. He has had the lead role in negotiations with the French company. -- It's an amazing helicopter, and we expect a lot from the introduction in Denmark and Northern Germany, he said. At Helitech 2011 in Duxford, the company was officially appointed dealer and authorized service center in those regions. The helicopter, pronounced ['gim-bal], is built by former Eurocopter engineer, Bruno Guimbal, and was EASA certified in 2007 to the most stringent CS-27 regulation as the only existing piston engine helicopter in the World. -- The best part may be, that the helicopter is maintenance-free in terms of time and calendar limitations. All that matters is the state of the components, explained Torben Biehl Jensen. -- Finally, the helicopter's Fenestron tail rotor provides a unique combination of safety, low noise-level, smooth handling and excellent maneuverability and bears witness to Bruno Guimbal's career at Eurocopter, Torben Biehl Jensen pointed out. - It's a stated fact from the point of view of the manufacturer that you may build a magnificent helicopter; however, if you don't have the appropriate staff to service it when in need of maintenance, you'll never manage. So, naturally it is not a coincidence that we mainly provide aircraft and helicopter maintenance, here at Air Service Vamdrup ApS, Torben Biehl Jensen said. - Earlier this year, two of our mechanics were Guimbal Cabri G2 EASA certified, meaning that we are fully up and running already, also when our first helicopter arrives here in Denmark, Spring 2012.

Recap on the highlights from our 2018 NAIAS Detroit press conference yesterday, and see what we unveiled for the coming year! __________ BMW i3s *(2) (94 Ah): Electric power consumption in kWh/100 km (combined): 14,3 CO2 emissions in g/km (combined): 0 BMW i8 Roadster *(1): Fuel consumption in l/100 km (combined): 2,1 CO2 emissions in g/km (combined): 46 Electric power consumption in kWh/100 km (combined): 14,5 MINI 3-door *(1): Fuel consumption in l/100 km (combined): 6,0-4,8 CO2 emissions in g/km (combined): 138-109 The fuel consumption, CO2 emissions, power consumption and operating range figures were determined according to the European Regulation (EC) 715/2007 in the version applicable. The figures refer to a vehicle with basic configuration in Germany and the range shown considers the different sizes of the selected wheels/tyres and the selected items of optional equipment. The values of the vehicles labelled with (1) are already based on the new WLTP test cycle and are translated back into NEDC-equivalent values in order to ensure comparability between the vehicles. With respect to these vehicles, for vehicle-related taxes or other duties based (at least inter alia) on CO2 emissions, the CO2 values may differ from the values stated here (depending on national legislation). The fuel consumption figures labelled with (2) are based on the EU test cycle and may vary depending on the tire format specified. The CO2 efficiency specifications are determined according to Directive 1999/94/EC and the latest version of the Pkw-EnVKV, and based (for classification) on the fuel consumption and CO2 values as per the NEDC cycle. Further information on official fuel consumption figures and specific CO2 emission values of new passenger cars is included in the following guideline: 'Leitfaden über den Kraftstoffverbrauch, die CO2-Emissionen und den Stromverbrauch neuer Personenkraftwagen' (Guideline for fuel consumption, CO2 emissions and electric power consumption of new passenger cars), which can be obtained free of charge from all dealerships and at https://www.dat.de/en/offers/publications/guideline-for-fuel-consumption.html. Fostering the free movement of people has been an important objective of European integration since the 1950s. Free movement of goods, persons, services and capital were identified as foundations of the Community in the Treaty of Rome (1957). Schengen. During the 1980s five Member States (Belgium, France, Germany, Luxembourg, the Netherlands) decided to create a territory without internal borders. They signed the first agreements in a small town in Luxembourg called Schengen hence, the "Schengen area" -- a territory in which the free movement of persons is guaranteed. The original agreement was complemented in 1990 by a convention. When this convention entered into force in 1995 it abolished checks at the internal borders and created a single external border. Whatever their location is officers working at the external border perform border checks in accordance with identical procedures. The rules governing visas and the right to asylum are also common for all Schengen countries. In order to keep the balance between freedom and security, participating member states agreed to introduce so-called "compensatory measures". These are focused on cooperation and coordination of the work of the police and judicial authorities. Organised crime networks do not respect borders; therefore this cooperation is key to safeguarding internal security. In 1999 with the signing of the Treaty of Amsterdam this intergovernmental cooperation was incorporated into the EU framework. On the 26 October 2004 the European Agency for the Management of Operational Cooperation at the External Borders of the Member States of the European Union (Frontex) was established by Council Regulation (EC) 2007/2004.

http://ec.europa.eu/information_society/activities/roaming/index_en.htm For too long, European consumers have been stung by the cost of using their mobile phones abroad. But thanks to the EU, things are getting much better. From the summer of 2007, you will pay no more than 49 cents on calls you make abroad and 24 cents on calls you receive, and prices will drop further in 2008 and 2009. Telephone companies have been given one month from the official publication of the new regulation to offer their customers new, reduced prices.

Types Automotive garages and repair shops can be divided into several categories. Firstly, there are the auto parts stores or motor factors who also maintain service operations. This is not common in the United Kingdom but more common in the US. A majority of automobile repair workshops are independently owned and operated businesses. These may also include regional or national chains and franchises including OEM car dealership sites. In the US, these sites are the only individuals authorized to perform warranty and recall repairs by the manufacturers and distributors. In the European Union a recent law (The EC Block Exemption Regulation 1400/2002 (October 2003)) allows motorists more flexibility in selecting where they can get their car serviced. Thanks to this legislation, maintenance and service work does not have to be done by the main dealer as long as the garage uses Original Equipment 'Matching Quality' parts, and are recorded as such, and the garage follow the manufacturer's service schedules. The Block Exemption Regulation (BER) covers service and maintenance during the warranty period and prohibits vehicle manufacturers' warranties from including conditions that require normal maintenance to be provided within the vehicle manufacturer's network or that all parts used must be the manufacturer's original spare parts. This means that motorists benefit from open market competition in aftermarket parts, repairs and services thus reducing the cost of servicing through better labour rates and competitively priced parts. Specialty Automobile repair shops often can be specialty shops specializing in cok parts such as brakes, mufflers and exhaust systems, transmissions, body cok parts, tires automobile electrification, windshields, and wheel alignment or those who only work on certain brands of vehicle or vehicles from certain continents of the world. Auto body repair Automotive repair shops also offer paintwork repairs to scratches, scuffs and dents to vehicle damage as well as damage caused by collisions and major accidents. Many body shops now offer Paintless dent repair, which is done by pushing the dents out from inside. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Chevrolet Chevrolet (pron.: /ʃɛvrəˈleɪ/), also known as Chevy, is an American brand of vehicle produced by General Motors (GM). Chevrolet was founded by Louis Chevrolet and ousted General Motors founder William C. Durant on November 3, 1911. In 1918 it was acquired by General Motors. Chevrolet was positioned by Alfred Sloan to sell mainstream vehicles to compete with Henry Ford's Model T in the 1920s, with "Chevrolet" or "Chevy" being synonymous with GM... Chevrolet had a great influence on the American automobile market during the 1950s and 1960s. In 1953 it produced the Corvette, a two-seater sports car with a fibreglass body. In 1957 Chevy introduced its first fuel-injected engine, the Rochester Ramjet option on Corvette and passenger cars, priced at $484. In 1960 it introduced the Corvair, with a rear-mounted air-cooled engine. In 1963 one out of every ten cars sold in the United States was a Chevrolet. The basic Chevrolet small-block V-8 design has remained in continuous production since its debut in 1955, longer than any other mass-produced engine in the world, although current versions share few if any parts interchangeable with the original. Descendants of the basic small-block OHV V-8 design platform in production today have been much modified with advances such as aluminium block and heads, electronic engine management, and sequential port fuel injection.... The engine design has also been used over the years in GM products built and sold under the Pontiac, Oldsmobile, Buick, Hummer, Opel (Germany), and Holden (Australia) nameplates...

MIFID stands for the Markets in Financial Instruments Directive (2004/39/EC) Since 2007, its been applicable in the European Union (EU) and is the corner stone of the EU regulation of the financial markets seeking to improve the competiveness of the financial markets creating a single market for investment services of activities and to ensure a high degree of harmonized protection for investors in financial instruments. The magnitude of changes and opportunities it will bring to the Australian shores is yet to be determined as listed companies compete the available capital around the globe. This series of conversations and interviews with major players in the both Australasian and European Financial Markets will share their observations and together we explore the pros and cons of the regulatory changes that will come into play from January 2018. It seems the 3 most significant disruptive yet positive opportunities are: 1) The unbundling of the research product which means the breaking up of research of companies, trading commissions and corporate access because under the new regulations these three items can not be paid for collectively. 2) The increased importance of the Investor Relations Practitioner and their role in managing the process to meet right investors. 3) The use of technology and the rise of the Independent Research person and online platforms catering for both research and corporate access. With rules already in place, the regulations of MIFID II are designed to build on the rules already in place and to take into account developments in the trading environment since the implementation of MiFID in 2007 and, in light of the financial crisis, to improve the functioning of financial markets making them more efficient, resilient and transparent. i2010 Digital Libraries: An EC initiative for cultural heritage and scientific information

31:55
Speaker: Mr Luca Martinelli Description: The presentation provides an overview of the Commission initiative "i2010 Digital Libraries", a flagship project of the Commission's overall strategy launched in 2005 to boost the digital economy, the i2010 strategy. The Digital Libraries' initiative aims at making Europe's diverse cultural and scientific heritage (books, journals, films, maps, photographs, music, etc.) easier and more interesting to use online for work, research and study. The Commission outlined its strategy in the Communication "i2010: Digital Libraries" (2005), and later in the Communication on "Scientific Information in the Digital Age" (2007). A first strand of action aims at improving the framework conditions (legal, organisational, financial and technical) for digitisation, online accessibility and digital preservation, so that all digital libraries can benefit from an improved "environment". The instruments used are mainly forms of soft regulation: the use of a Commission Recommendation, incentive measures (co-financing of projects), facilitation of stakeholders' dialogue, coordination with national authorities and cultural institutions. A second strand of action aims to the launch of a real European digital library, a common multilingual internet access point to the distributed cultural collections of Member States (EUROPEANA). Specific actions have been devoted to the sector of scientific information, which operates according to particular dynamics. Recorded: 22 May 2008.

Webinar on how to develop tests for the new common INSPIRE validator

01:20:13
The Joint Research Centre (JRC) of the European Commission is organising a webinar on how to develop tests for the new common INSPIRE validator. After a period of testing at JRC and with interested validation experts, version 1.0 of the common INSPIRE validator will be released shortly and presented in a workshop during the 2017 INSPIRE Conference. The current version of the validator covers tests for the INSPIRE TGs on metadata (v1.3), download services (Atom and WFS) and Annex I data themes. In order to arrive at a complete INSPIRE test framework, additional tests need to be developed, e.g. for the new version (2.0) of the metadata TGs, view services, Annex II+III themes and other download service options (SOS, WCS). Also, some Member States or thematic communities may want to add their own tests on top of the existing ones. A webinar took place on Monday, 3rd of July 2017 to inform stakeholders about the current status of the validator and to introduce the steps necessary for developing additional tests to be added into the INSPIRE test framework. If you would like to try out the validator and provide your feedback, please feel free to contact us at [email protected] and visit the INSPIRE Validation GitHub repository (https://github.com/inspire-eu-validation/ets-repository) Background The INSPIRE Directive (http://inspire.ec.europa.eu/) entered into force in 2007, establishing an infrastructure for spatial information. Given the generic nature of the Directive, Implementing Rules that must be adopted by the Member States together with Technical Guidelines that help Member States to comply with these Implementing Rules have been developed. To help implementers of INSPIRE to test conformance, the European Commission has decided to develop one single Test Framework to overcome discrepancies in conformance testing across Member States. This common validator will help to overcome the drawback of having incompatible test results over different test frameworks from country to country by standardising the testing process. Furthermore, it will also help implementers of INSPIRE to test conformance and develop solutions which are validated as INSPIRE compliant using a single, official and common validation process. This will result in an optimisation of efforts when it comes to the development of INSPIRE compliant geolocation solutions.

Margrethe Vestager, EU Commissioner for Competition: policy from a Euro perspective | LIVE STREAM

55:57
There is broad global agreement on basic principles of competition policy: Firms with market power should not engage in conduct that mainly harms competition; mergers should not lead to monopoly; government subsidies should not favor some competitors over others. But important debates remain. How much weight should be given to keeping prices low versus creating incentives for investment and innovation? Should antitrust seek to protect competitors or competition? On September 18, European Commissioner for Competition Margrethe Vestager will visit AEI to discuss the EU perspective on these and other important issues in competition policy. Energy Saving for Sash Windows - A Film For Joiners

04:37
The new Ecotilt energy saving could revolutionisevyour business. Reg Bishop from Forest Hall Joinery explains what it's done for him Mark: Hello and welcome to this introduction to Ecotilt, the timber sash window that has achieved a high energy rating, that is quick and easy to assemble, and could possibly revolutionize your business. I'm here at Forest Hall Joinery with Reg Bishop. And Reg, you just achieved a B rating, haven't you? Reg Bishop: That's right, yeah. Mark: What have the implications been of getting that? Reg Bishop: Main thing, I think, is the way the business is going to change around. It's going to roll from what we used to do. I think the windows are going to be big and I can see that our business really will just purely be making the Ecotilt window because I know that there's going to be a demand for it, mainly because of the energy rating that it's got. I know and I think that's going to be the way my business will go. Mark: How easy was it to get the rating? Reg Bishop: It was easy, really, because the registration, there has to be filled in, an application and so on. But you get help from Mighton on that. Someone from Toronto comes down to do an audit in the workshop just to see how we can prove the window that goes out the door is the same as the one that was tested. It was fairly simple and straightforward. Mark: The key to success here and the reason why you can guarantee that each window is up to that rating is because the windows come in kit form, don't they? Reg Bishop: Yeah. Compared with the way we used to make black sash windows is the traditional way. Now, it's just so much simpler. Essentially, you get, in the kit from Mighton, an element of UPVC which forms the jambs of the window. We've just fixed to that seal and a head out of timber. There's some cladding goes on it. And the frame really, compared with the old days when we used to make the original ones, if you're just making one window, you'd be talking about a day to make a frame at least. I mean, making that first one this way, we had it done in three hours. It's the way the frame is made with the UPVC element. And the draft excluder, another bits and pieces, that come from Mighton in a kit. So, each window you make, you get a kit, all the components required for a window. So, traceability is simple and has been taken care of. And also, the knowledge that when the window is made, it works. The sashes slide which we always just have problem with the old ones, getting the draft excluder just good enough to stop drafts but not so strong that it was acting as a brake. With this system, you don't have that problem. You know when you've made the window that it's going to work. Mark: And each kit can be adapted to whatever your order happens to be? Reg Bishop: Oh, yeah. Yeah. It doesn't matter what size the window. I mean, the kits will come in varying sizes anyway. It doesn't matter if it's a sliding black sash window, you know, we know the kits cover it. Mark: Does this mean as you ramp up production that you can move from a, you know, skilled workforce to one perhaps that is less skilled? Reg Bishop: Indeed, yeah. Yeah, you could. I mean, there's a couple of skilled men in the workshop to keep an eye but almost turn it around to where you're just fabricating windows which, to be honest, is not a bad thing. Mark: What was the customer service like for Mighton? Reg Bishop: Well, to be affiliated with Mighton for some time and that their service is great, always has been. And now, with this -- the way it all comes to is in a kit form, the backup from Mighton, their service is great. There aren't problems with them. Mark: Lovely, thanks very much, Reg. So, can Ecotilt really be as good for the joiner as we claim? Well, yes, it can because designers and architects love it for its traditional timber look. Also, at the same time tackling Part L of the Building Regulations and the temporary Working at Height Directive from the EC. It really is quick and easy to assemble and no other vertical sliding sash window has achieved an energy rating quite so high. To find out how you can become part of the Ecotilt revolution, register now at www.ecotilt.com. That's www.ecotilt.com and Mighton will send you a registration pack to get you started.

http://ec.europa.eu/news/environment/070130_1_en.htm Nine out of ten Europeans would like smoke-free offices and public places, according to the latest EU survey on tobacco. But in spite of this vast and united front against smoking, 15% of deaths in Europe are still smoke related. The EU is therefore stepping into the lead in the fight against tobacco. A key element in the campaign is Help: for a life without tobacco, one of the largest public health awareness initiatives ever launched.

The Appellant is the father of a child, D. The Respondent is D’s mother and the Appellant’s former wife. The Appellant and the Respondent are Romanian nationals but formerly lived together in England, where D has lived since he was two months old. The Appellant now lives in Romania though he maintains a rented house in England. The Respondent and D continue to live in England. The Appellant launched proceedings in Romania for the dissolution of his marriage to the Respondent and custody of D. In February 2013, Romania’s highest Court, the Court of Appeal, granted joint custody of D to the Appellant and the Respondent but said D was to live with the Appellant in Romania. The English Courts at First Instance and in the Court of Appeal refused to grant recognition and enforcement to the judgment of the Romanian Court of Appeal on the basis that the foreign proceedings had breached a fundamental principle of the procedure of England and Wales. The father sought to pursue a further appeal to the Supreme Court. The Supreme Court unanimously rules that it does not have jurisdiction to hear the father’s appeal, which must therefore be struck out.

AMBIT IS THE REAL DEAL BELIEVE IT

03:09
www.AmbitsPower.com www.AmbitsElectricity.com Jennifer Cruz & Manuel Cintron 347-731-7213 THIS IS FOR ALL THE SKEPTICS THAT THINK AMBIT ENERGY ISN'T FOR REAL. ITS THE BEST NETWORK MARKETING BUSINESS IN THE US PERIOD. Take advantage of energy deregulation by starting your own home-based business today.Ambit Energy will provide you with all the tools you need to be successful and the only limit on your income is the amount of time you are willing to invest in your dream. We believe a competitive marketplace is good for consumers and good for the companies who are competing for those customers. Our goal is to be the most attractive, most reliable option for customers in every market where we operate by providing outstanding value, excellent service and the personal touch provided by our growing channel of independent Marketing Consultants. Deregulation is changing the retail energy market. Competition is replacing monopolies. Consumers now have a choice of providers. Ambit Energy wants to be the provider of choice for customers who are excited about the opportunity to save money and improve their level of service. Ambit Energy is confident that in putting our customers first we can realize Ambits vision to become the finest and most respected retail energy provider in the United States. Texas and New York now allow competition for both residential and commercial customers. Other states will be following in the months and years to come. The residential market in Texas is over $24 billion annually, in New York it is over $10 billion annually, and over $1.6 trillion nationwide. In New York As it is in most states, New York's energy utilities were once operated as regulated monopolies, providing the transmission wires (delivery) and the electricity you use (supply). Today in New York, consumers can choose not to pay monopoly providers for supplying electricity. Ambit Energy is now an Energy Services Company (ESCO) approved by the New York Public Service Commission to sell electric service in the State of New York. Ambit buys electricity in bulk from energy power plants so we can pass the savings on to New York consumers with a competitive price on electricity supply. In New York, a customer's energy bill is divided into two parts—supply and delivery. The utility company charges for delivering electricity to the residence. Delivery charges typically encompass 50% of the total charges on an electricity bill. As a state-approved ESCO, Ambit Energy charges for the supply of electricity—in other words, for the amount of electricity actually used. When a customer chooses Ambit Energy for residential electricity, both the utility delivery charges and the ESCO supply charges will be included on the same bill. Meanwhile, the PSC ensures safe and reliable delivery through continued regulation of energy utilities. Ambit Energys founders bring invaluable experience and share common values and goals. Ambit is committed to improving the lives of our Consultants, customers and employees. And we are guided by core principles established by our founders that emphasize integrity, excellence, commitment and enthusiasm in all that we do. Jere W.
